Job Overview: Field Recruiter – Block Level Hiring & Mobilization

As a Field Recruiter, you will work directly in blocks, villages, and semi-urban areas to source, mobilize, screen, and coordinate candidates for multiple job opportunities.

This is a ground-level HR role, ideal for candidates comfortable working outside district headquarters and engaging directly with local communities.

(Candidates do not need to be based in district headquarters.)

Key Responsibilities

1. Block-Level Candidate Sourcing & Mobilization

• Source 12th pass, graduate, and entry-level candidates from villages and blocks
• Conduct door-to-door mobilization and referral-based hiring
• Build and manage a strong local candidate database

2. Local Job Fairs & Hiring Camps

• Organize and support block-level job fairs and walk-in drives
• Coordinate with Panchayat members, coaching centers, NGOs, and community leaders
• Ensure high candidate turnout and awareness

3. Candidate Screening & Registration

• Clearly explain job roles, salary, and joining process
• Conduct basic eligibility checks (education, age, flexibility)
• Collect and verify candidate documents

4. Recruitment Target Management

• Achieve monthly sourcing and hiring targets
• Maintain quality and compliance as per employer requirements

5. Coordination & Follow-Ups

• Coordinate with central recruitment and operations teams
• Follow up with candidates for interviews, documentation, and joining
• Support candidates during onboarding

6. Reporting & Data Accuracy

• Maintain daily field activity reports
• Track candidate status: sourced, shortlisted, selected, joined
• Share local hiring insights and feedback

Salary, Incentives & Benefits

Compensation Structure

• Fixed Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month
• Incentives: Monthly performance-based incentives
