Job Overview: Field Recruiter – Block Level Hiring & Mobilization
As a Field Recruiter, you will work directly in blocks, villages, and semi-urban areas to source, mobilize, screen, and coordinate candidates for multiple job opportunities.
This is a ground-level HR role, ideal for candidates comfortable working outside district headquarters and engaging directly with local communities.

Key Responsibilities
1. Block-Level Candidate Sourcing & Mobilization
- Source 12th pass, graduate, and entry-level candidates from villages and blocks
- Conduct door-to-door mobilization and referral-based hiring
- Build and manage a strong local candidate database
2. Local Job Fairs & Hiring Camps
- Organize and support block-level job fairs and walk-in drives
- Coordinate with Panchayat members, coaching centers, NGOs, and community leaders
- Ensure high candidate turnout and awareness
3. Candidate Screening & Registration
- Clearly explain job roles, salary, and joining process
- Conduct basic eligibility checks (education, age, flexibility)
- Collect and verify candidate documents
4. Recruitment Target Management
- Achieve monthly sourcing and hiring targets
- Maintain quality and compliance as per employer requirements
5. Coordination & Follow-Ups
- Coordinate with central recruitment and operations teams
- Follow up with candidates for interviews, documentation, and joining
- Support candidates during onboarding
6. Reporting & Data Accuracy
- Maintain daily field activity reports
- Track candidate status: sourced, shortlisted, selected, joined
- Share local hiring insights and feedback

Compensation Structure
- Fixed Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month
- Incentives: Monthly performance-based incentives
