Job Overview
As a Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Executive, you will be responsible for sourcing candidates, managing recruitment data, coordinating interviews, and ensuring successful placements with partner companies.
You will work both on-field and desk-based, engaging with colleges, training institutes, NGOs, and online job platforms.
Key Responsibilities :-
1. Candidate Sourcing & Data Collection
- Collect student and job-seeker data from:
- Colleges & Universities
- NGOs & Skill Development Centers
- Coaching & Training Institutes
- Job Fairs, Walk-ins & Local Outreach
- Maintain structured data using Excel, Google Sheets, or CRM tools
2. Online & Portal-Based Recruitment
- Post job openings on:
- Naukri, Indeed, Internshala, LinkedIn
- WhatsApp groups & local communities
- Social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Telegram)
- Source candidates from multiple levels:
- 10th / 12th Pass
- Diploma / ITI
- Graduates & Freshers
- Skilled & Semi-skilled workforce
3. College, NGO & Partner Engagement
- Coordinate with:
- College Placement Officers
- NGO & Youth Skilling Programs
- Local Training Institutes
- Organize:
- Campus placement drives
- Awareness & orientation sessions
- Group recruitment programs
4. Screening & Interview Management
- Shortlist candidates based on job requirements
- Conduct:
- Telephonic interviews
- Walk-in interviews
- Group interviews & screening drives
- Prepare candidates for final employer interviews
5. Placement & Target Achievement
- Meet monthly placement targets
- Track:
- Candidates sourced
- Interviews conducted
- Candidates placed
- Share daily and weekly performance reports with the manager
Performance Targets (KPIs)
Your performance will be measured on:
- Number of candidates sourced
- Interviews handled
- Successful placements
- Data quality & follow-up efficiency
- Outreach & partnership development
Probation & Salary Structure
Month 1 – Probation Period
- Salary: Performance-based (Up to ₹15,000)
- Based on:
- Discipline & consistency
- Data collection quality
- Interview handling
- Placement output
After Successful Probation
- Salary Range: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month
- Final salary depends on first-month performance
Candidate Profile
Qualification
- Graduate / Final Year Student (Any Stream)
- MBA (HR), BBA, BA preferred but not mandatory
Required Skills
- Good communication in Hindi & basic English
- Strong coordination and follow-up ability
- Comfortable using:
- Google Sheets / Excel
- WhatsApp, Email, Job Portals
- Willingness to work in field + office environment
