• Source and connect with job seekers through local networks, social media, and referrals
• Guide candidates to apply for available job roles
• Collect and submit complete candidate details, including:

  • Valid Mobile Number
  • Email ID
  • Educational Qualification
• Ensure accurate and genuine data submission
• Meet daily/weekly candidate submission targets
• Coordinate with the internal HR team

📌 Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate
• Open for freshers and experienced candidates
• Basic knowledge of smartphone, WhatsApp, and Google Forms
• Good communication and convincing skills
• Ability to work independently from home

💰 Salary & Incentives

• Fixed Salary: ₹18,000 per month
• Incentives: ₹5,000+ based on performance
