We charge a highly competitive fee of 7% of the Annual CTC (Cost to Company) for each candidate placed, plus applicable GST. This is calculated as the Monthly Salary x 12.
2. Does DailyLiv India provide a replacement guarantee? +
Yes. We offer a 3-month (90-day) replacement guarantee from the date of joining. If you are unsatisfied or the candidate leaves within this period, we provide a one-time free replacement for that specific vacancy.
3. When do I have to pay the recruitment fees? +
Our payment structure is employer-friendly and split into two installments. You pay 50% of the fee (3.5%) on the 30th day after joining, and the remaining 50% (3.5%) between Day 45 and Day 60.
4. Why should I choose DailyLiv India over other consultancies? +

5. Which locations and industries do you serve? +
While our registered office is in Patna, Bihar, we serve clients across India (including Noida and Delhi). We specialize in IT, Non-IT, Blue-Collar, and Executive roles.
6. What happens if I delay the payment of the invoice? +
Invoices for the first installment must be paid within 10 calendar days. Overdue amounts will attract an interest rate of 1.5% per month until cleared.
7. Is the replacement guarantee valid if I haven't cleared invoices? +
No. The free replacement is a "Condition Precedent," meaning you must have paid all recruitment invoices (including taxes) related to the original candidate to claim the replacement.
8. Can I hire candidates for short-term or contract roles? +
Yes. While our standard agreement covers permanent placements at 7% CTC, we also offer contract staffing solutions. Please contact us for custom terms for temporary workforce needs.
9. What does "Annual CTC" include for fee calculation? +
The Annual CTC is strictly calculated as the Monthly Salary multiplied by 12. It does not typically include variable bonuses unless specified in the final offer letter.
10. Do I need to provide a Job Description (JD) to start hiring? +
Yes. For every requirement, the Employer must provide a fresh, complete Job Description (JD) and a unique Job ID. We cannot commence active sourcing until these are provided.
11. What if I change the Job Description after you start sourcing? +
If there is a significant change to the role or JD after we begin, it may require re-approval of candidates or fresh sourcing, which is at the Recruiter's discretion.
12. Can DailyLiv India help with bulk or volume hiring in Bihar? +
Absolutely. We are set up for volume hiring. If you have additional vacancies beyond the initial request, the same 7% fee structure applies unless we mutually agree otherwise in writing.
13. How does the "Authorised Hiring Partner" status work? +
If we successfully place more than 2 candidates for you, you automatically appoint us as an Authorised Hiring Partner. This allows us to represent you more formally to candidates to improve conversion rates.
14. Can you use my company logo for marketing? +
Once we become an Authorised Hiring Partner, we may use your name and logo in our client lists and marketing materials to indicate our relationship, strictly following your brand guidelines.
15. What if I want you to stop using my logo? +
You can revoke the permission at any time. We will cease using your name/logo on written request and have up to 30 days to comply.
16. Is DailyLiv India a government agency? +
We are a private limited company but we are proudly recognized by Startup India and Startup Bihar, ensuring high standards of compliance and trust.
17. Does the replacement guarantee cover the candidate's salary? +
No. The replacement covers sourcing only. It does not include costs like the salary paid to the original candidate, notice pay, or onboarding expenses.
18. How do we confirm a candidate's joining date? +
The joining date must be mutually acknowledged in writing or by email. This date triggers the invoicing schedule and the 90-day replacement guarantee timeline.
19. What is the jurisdiction for legal disputes? +
Any disputes will be resolved under the laws of India, with arbitration held in Patna, Bihar.
20. How long is the service agreement valid? +
The agreement continues until terminated by either party with 30 days' written notice.
21. Are GST and taxes included in the 7% fee? +
No. All fees are exclusive of taxes. The employer must pay the 7% fee plus applicable GST.
22. Do you screen candidates before sending them? +
Yes. We source, screen, and submit candidates according to your JD. We warrant that candidate information is accurate to the best of our knowledge.
23. Can I hire for "Blue Collar" roles through DailyLiv? +
Yes. We provide sourcing for all role types, including service executive roles and operational staff.
24. What if I terminate the agreement? Do I still owe fees? +
Termination does not affect accrued rights. You are still obligated to pay fees for any placements made prior to the termination date.
