About the Role

We are looking for a highly energetic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to represent our staffing company and generate business opportunities across Patna.

The candidate will be responsible for visiting corporate offices, hospitals, malls, retail chains, manufacturing units, warehouses, educational institutions, hotels, and other businesses to identify manpower requirements and build long-term client relationships.

The role is ideal for candidates who enjoy meeting new people, networking, sales, and business development

Key Responsibilities

Client Acquisition & Business Development

  • Visit corporate offices, hospitals, malls, retail stores, hotels, warehouses, and industries daily.
  • Meet HR Managers, Admin Heads, Operations Managers, and Business Owners.
  • Identify manpower and staffing requirements.
  • Generate new business leads and client partnerships.
  • Present company services and workforce solutions.
  • Schedule meetings and business presentations.

Relationship Management

  • Build strong relationships with decision-makers.
  • Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective clients.
  • Ensure client satisfaction and long-term engagement.
  • Coordinate with the recruitment team for requirement fulfillment.

Reporting & Coordination

  • Submit daily visit reports.
  • Maintain lead and client database.
  • Update management on business opportunities and closures.
  • Coordinate internally for manpower deployment.

Daily Activity Expectations

Salary & Incentives

Performance Targets

To be eligible for fixed salary:

  • Minimum monthly field visit target must be achieved.
  • Minimum lead generation and client meeting targets must be maintained.
  • Performance review will be conducted monthly.

Eligibility Criteria

โœ” Male Candidates Preferred (Due to extensive field travel)
โœ” Graduate / Undergraduate can apply
โœ” Experience in Sales, Marketing, Recruitment, Insurance, Banking, Telecom, or Business Development preferred
โœ” Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply
