Key Skills Required

• Strong verbal communication in English and Hindi

• Neutral accent (No MTI / No RTI)

• Prior experience in domestic insurance or sales (preferred but not mandatory)

Salary Package & Incentives

• Freshers: ₹25,000 CTC
• Experienced Professionals: Up to ₹30,000 CTC (based on previous salary)
• Incentives: Performance-based incentives applicable

Shift & Working Details

• Shift Type: Rotational
• Female Candidates: Day shift up to 8:00 PM
• Male Candidates: Complete rotational shifts
• Working Days: 6 days a week

• Calling and engaging with interested customer leads
• Understanding customer requirements and recommending suitable insurance products
