Salary Structure & Incentives

We offer a competitive salary package based on experience, along with performance-based incentives:

• Fresher – Field Sales Executive:
  ₹15,000 per month + Incentives
• 1 Year Experience – Field Sales:
  Up to ₹25,000 per month + Incentives
• 1 Year Experience – Home Loan Sales:
  Up to ₹4 LPA + High Incentives

Incentives are uncapped and based on successful loan conversions.

Job Description

As a Field Sales Executive – Home Loans, you will be responsible for identifying potential customers, generating leads, conducting field visits, and guiding customers through the home loan process. This role requires strong communication skills and a target-driven approach.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact potential customers through calls and field visits
• Explain home loan products, eligibility criteria, and interest rates
• Generate leads and convert them into successful home loan cases
• Collect and verify customer documents for loan processing
• Coordinate with internal teams and banks for smooth loan approval
• Meet and exceed assigned sales targets

Skills Required

• Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English
• Field sales experience preferred for experienced candidates
• Knowledge of home loan products and processes (for experienced roles)
• Strong negotiation, persuasion, and customer-handling skills
• Target-oriented and self-motivated attitude

Eligibility Criteria

• Education: 12th Pass / Graduate / Undergraduate
• Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
• Willingness to travel for field sales activities
