• 🔹 Handling loan portfolios ranging from ₹75 Lakhs to ₹1.5 Crore
• 🔹 Conducting client onboarding, village surveys, and group formation
• 🔹 Organizing and leading CGT (Center Group Training) meetings
• 🔹 Completing sales-related documentation and loan processing formalities
• 🔹 Ensuring timely loan collection and repayment follow-ups
• 🔹 Updating collections and client data in the Loan Management System (LMS)
• 🔹 Performing LUC (Loan Utilization Check) activities
