Job Description

We are seeking a results-oriented HR professional to oversee our plant operations in Begusarai. This role requires a candidate who is comfortable on the shop floor and possesses a deep understanding of the administrative and legal complexities of a manufacturing unit.

Key Responsibilities

• Factory Operations: Lead end-to-end HR functions for the plant.
• Workforce & Payroll: Manage daily attendance, manpower planning, and coordinate with the payroll team.
• Statutory Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to PF, ESIC, and Labour Laws.
• Shop-Floor Engagement: Handle employee relations and resolve grievances for factory workers and staff.

• Educational Background:
  • Graduates in any field are welcome to apply.
