How to Apply: BSDM Empanelment Process (2025)
The empanelment process is fully digital and handled via Bihar’s e-Procurement portal.

Access the Bihar e-Procurement Portal to find live BSDM empanelment tenders. - Download RFP Document
Search for the relevant Request for Proposal (RFP) under the BSDM category. Download the guidelines and instructions. - Prepare Required Documents
Include company profile, balance sheets, placement reports, NSDC affiliation proof, photographs of training centers, and PAN/GST copies. - Online Proposal Submission
Upload all documents on the portal within the specified deadline. Pay the application or EMD fee if applicable. - Technical Evaluation by BSDM
