1. Delivery of Online Courses & Training

  • Once you complete the enrollment and payment process, you will receive instant confirmation via email/WhatsApp with course details.
  • Access to the live training sessions, workshops, or webinars will be shared through email/WhatsApp (Google Meet/Zoom link or LMS access).
  • Any study material, notes, or resources will be shared digitally (PDFs, slides, or online documents).

2. Delivery Timeline

  • Course Enrollment Access: Within 24 hours of successful payment.
  • Live Session Links: Shared 1–2 days before the scheduled session.
  • Certificates: Digital certificates (ISO, MSME, Skill India recognized) will be sent via email within 7 working days after course completion.

3. Physical Shipments (if applicable)

  • Currently, DailyLIV India does not ship any physical books or training materials.
  • If in the future we provide printed materials, merchandise, or toolkits, shipping details (courier partner, estimated delivery time, tracking ID) will be communicated to the customer.

4. International Access

  • Our training programs are accessible globally (subject to internet availability).
  • International participants will receive the same digital access and certification.

5. Delayed Delivery

  • In rare cases of technical delays (e.g., email delivery issues, server downtime), our support team will manually share the course access within 48 hours.
  • Participants are encouraged to check Spam/Promotions folders if they do not receive access emails.
