Organized by the Labour Resources Department, this fair targets ITI pass-outs, offering approximately 1,950 job opportunities. The event will be held at government ITI campuses, starting at 9 AM and continuing throughout the day.

4. Bihar Rojgar Mela 2025 (January 27 – February 2, 2025)

The Bihar Rojgar Mela 2025 is set to be held from January 27 to February 2 across nine districts: Darbhanga, Aurangabad, Madhubani, Supaul, Mohania (Kaimur), Banka, Sitamarhi, Chainpur (Kaimur), and Chenari (Rohtas). Each district will host the fair for one day, with events running from 10:30 AM to 4:00 PM. The “Mega Placement Drive 2025” was inaugurated at the Government Industrial Training Institute (ITI), Dighaghat, Patna, by the Labor Resources Department of the Government of Bihar, in collaboration with Tata Technologies. Furthermore, the event saw participation from Santosh Kumar Singh, the Minister of Labor Resources, and Ram Kripal Yadav, former MP of Pataliputra Lok Sabha, highlighting the significant government support for this initiative.
