2. Niyojan-Sah-Vyavasayik Margdarshan Mela (February 16, 2025, onwards)

Commencing on February 16, 2025, the Labour Resources Department will organize a six-month-long job fair named “Niyojan-Sah-Vyavasayik Margdarshan Mela-2024-25” across all districts. The fair aims to provide employment opportunities to at least one lakh youths, offering roles in various sectors including IT, healthcare, automotive, security services, microfinance, manufacturing, marketing, and hospitality. Companies such as MRF, L&T, Taj City Centre, Lemon Tree Premier, SIS, Zomato, Reliance Jio, LIC, Walkaroo, and Utkarsh Micro Finance are expected to participate. This initiative underscores the government’s focus on job creation and skill development for the youth.

3. New Bihar Rojgar Mela 2025 (January 2025)

The New Bihar Rojgar Mela 2025 is scheduled to take place in January across five key districts: Patna (January 16), Dehri-on-Sone (January 17), Siwan (January 18), Bhagalpur (January 20), and Supaul (January 21). Organized by the Labour Resources Department, this fair targets ITI pass-outs, offering approximately 1,950 job opportunities. Leading companies like Tata, MRF, and Hero Motocorp will participate, providing annual salary packages ranging from ₹1.70 lakh to ₹3.40 lakh. The event will be held at government ITI campuses, starting at 9 AM and continuing throughout the day.

4. Bihar Rojgar Mela 2025 (January 27 – February 2, 2025)

The Bihar Rojgar Mela 2025 is set to be held from January 27 to February 2 across nine districts: Darbhanga, Aurangabad, Madhubani, Supaul, Mohania (Kaimur), Banka, Sitamarhi, Chainpur (Kaimur), and Chenari (Rohtas). Each district will host the fair for one day, with events running from 10:30 AM to 4:00 PM. The fair aims to provide employment opportunities to unemployed youth based on their skills and qualifications. Participants are required to register on the National Career Service (NCS) portal prior to attending.

5. Mega Placement Drive 2025 (Patna)

The “Mega Placement Drive 2025” was inaugurated at the Government Industrial Training Institute (ITI), Dighaghat, Patna, by the Labor Resources Department of the Government of Bihar, in collaboration with Tata Technologies. Furthermore, the event saw participation from Santosh Kumar Singh, the Minister of Labor Resources, and Ram Kripal Yadav, former MP of Pataliputra Lok Sabha, highlighting the significant government support for this initiative. In addition to offering a platform for job seekers, this drive aims to provide over 2,000 job opportunities across various sectors, thus catering to a wide range of skill sets.
