Educational Qualifications

• Must have completed 10th and 12th standards
• Year of Graduation: 2025 only
• Minimum 60% or 6.0 CGPA in graduation
• Full-time BCA or B.Sc. students from the following disciplines are eligible:
  • Computer Science
  • Information Technology
  • Mathematics
  • Statistics
  • Electronics
  • Physics
• Part-time, correspondence, or distance learning degrees are not accepted
• Open school or distance education is allowed for 10th and 12th standards only

Backlogs & Academic Gaps

• A maximum of one backlog is allowed till the assessment stage
• All backlogs must be cleared along with the 6th semester
• A maximum education gap of 3 years is allowed from 10th standard to graduation start
• No gaps are allowed during graduation
• Graduation must be completed within 3 years

Additional Eligibility Criteria

• Core Mathematics must be a subject in graduation
  (Business Mathematics or Applied Mathematics will not be considered)
• Must be an Indian citizen, or hold a PIO / OCI card
• Bhutan and Nepal citizens must submit a valid citizenship certificate
• Candidates who have appeared in any Wipro selection process in the last 3 months are not eligible

Wipro WILP 2025 Selection Process

Training Agreement & Service Commitment

• Candidates must sign a 60-month (5-year) training agreement at the time of joining.
• If a candidate leaves Wipro before completing the agreement period, they will be required to pay ₹75,000 on a pro-rata basis.
